High-performance oscillators rely on a high quality factor resonator vibrating at 10 MHz. Such resonator is often a bulky quartz plate of about 200 mm3. It is individually manufactured and placed in an oven. In the context of electronic components miniaturization, as a consequence of the development of embedded technologies, connected objects and new telecommunication standards, a reduction in the volume of the resonator and the use of collective manufacturing processes would allow a significant reduction in the size, the cost and the consumption of these oscillators.
