Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common degenerative diseases of the joints that causes chronic pain and disability. Its increasing prevalence and the limited efficacy of current drugs drive the search for safe and effective non-pharmacological treatment alternatives. The Kinesio Taping® method uses unique taping techniques and elastic adhesive tapes (specially designed for this method) to correct movement, proprioception, blood circulation, and lymph flow.
