Environmental activism has long been the focus of various scientific studies. However, a thorough examination of activism on an individual level has not been universal. This research aims to dive deeper and explore the point of view of participants of campaigns and protests. By the use of semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, principal themes have been established in the study. The main aspects are environmental justice, networks, participation and membership in groups that are active in this field
