However, the operation of a manual machine would be strenuous and time-consuming. The development of control system is the main process to automate the 2-axis winder. While the change of speed is necessary, the force on material determine the quality of products. The control goal is to track the output tension on tape with the user-defined value. In the feedback loop, stepper motor is selected as the actuator for more accuracy control with position.
