More and more frequently, preclinical studies on animal models use MRI acquisitions. However, the acquisition of images from an animal brain has some differences with that conducted in humans, which therefore requires adaptations of the sequences. Once the acquisition is completed, the second problem concerns the tools and methodology available for image post-processing.
