In this work, we present a constituent relationship that gives a good description of mechanical magnetos hysteresis in ferromagnetic materials. We also present concepts such as residual magnetization, magnetic loading function (or unloading), first magnetization curve, major hysteresis loop, primitive hysteresis loop and derivative curve. We also analyze the arguments necessary for the construction of these hysteresis loops. Finally, we study the effect of the application of stresses on the shape of these magnetic hysteresis loops and on the saturation level.
