In this article, we present an exploratory case study of a master's degree, with a working methodology in blended learning. The master's degree aims to empower educators regarding the use of digital technologies and the creation of digital educational resources in order to innovate pedagogical practices. In this study we sought to assess whether the objectives of the master's program were met and whether the students felt that their skills in the pedagogical use of ICT were strengthened.
