Higher Education Teachers are identified in both educational reform and instructional theory with being able to apply Computer Integrated Instruction to the teaching approach for more diverse changes correspondent with the demand in the era. In empirical research, innovative Computer Integrated Instruction is also proved to be able to enhance teachers' learning and teaching effectiveness and students' learning outcome.
