Tourism companies do not always understand the attributes of a quality website. An effective method of evaluating a website can contribute to the development of more quality websites. In this paper a website evaluation instrument is designed that is flexible enough to serve a variety of e-tourism players. The instrument is developed from quality dimensions derived from an existing IS e-commerce success model. It was tested against typical tourism websites and showed that it can support travel players in the identification of website quality
