This report is the outcome of the Furthering Success project, which identified and analysed good practice in the provision of services and support to assist in increasing the employability of people aged 45 and over who are disadvantaged in the labour market. It builds on the earlier report Securing Success. The project aimed to answer the following questions: 1. Could adult and community education, vocational education and training and the Job Network improve the promotion of formal education and training to this age group, and their engagement with learning? 2.
