<strong>About the Collection</strong> <p>This collection of photographs is a portion of those taken by David Templeman in the period May 1969-April 1970. The broad collection represents what he saw and deemed to be of interest while there. The collection in general contains images of Kathmandu and Patan, two of the three major cities of the Kathmandu valley as well as those of two treks which were made to the isolated valley of Rolwaling in eastern Nepal and to travelling via southern Dolpo, to the far west of Nepal to the town of Jumla.
