The research is entitled "The Influence of Head of Department's Motivation towards Public Order Enforcers of Sukabumi City". Based on the initial observation conducted by the researcher, it showed that 1) Quantity was not optimal yet, due to the lack of employees placed at Public Order Enforcers of Sukabumi City; 2) Quality was not optimal yet, because the implementation of regional regulation regarding to non-smoking zone had not been implemented well. The research applied motivation theory from Abraham Maslow consisting in the dimension of physiology need, safety and security need, social need, appreciation need, and self-actualization need.
