This study investigated Korean and Uzbek students' attitudes towards learning English in terms of the behavioral, motivational and emotional aspects. Data was collected as a university in Uzbekistan and a university in Korea. Chi-square test were used to analyze the data. Statistically significant diff erences were observed in terms of grade level and department variables. Results of the qualitative analysis show that Uzbek and Korean students' attitude towards English language learning and utilizing the language in various domains of usage is extremely positive.
