The purpose of this doctoral study was to answer the following question: How do Christian chaplains serving in diverse interfaithlintercultural healthcare settings provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff and nurture their own spirituality? Christian chaplains provide spiritual care to persons of all faith traditions and cultural backgrounds. Robert G.
