Squeeze film dampers are widely used in different industries to stabilize different systems. Great rotation speeds increase vibration level in rotating machinery which are controlled with the dampers. Normally roller bearings or remarkably more expensive sleeve bearings are being used in industrial fans. Sleeve bearings are being used due to its ability to adapt greater loads and greater maximum operating speeds. In this thesis a squeeze film damper has been integrated to a roller bearing house to increase its performance values and make it adaptable to more industrial processes.
