The goal of this thesis is to design an environmental simulation room for close control unit product development tests. The temperature and the humidity in the room must be controlled and the effect of the test unit on the environmental conditions must be cancelled. The affecting requirements are identified and listed. After that they are classified based on their effect on the individual room components. The challenges are cancelling the high internal loads, achieving low temperature differences and maintaining the desired high humidities.
