The objective of this Master's Thesis was to find out the best possible building technology solutions for energy efficient, prefabricated timber houses. With the help of analytical decision making, the goal was to find new and innovative building technology solutions that would simplify the whole prefabrication process, without sacrificing the usability or functionality of the houses. The concentration of this Thesis was on the ventilating and electrical systems.
