The objective of this thesis was to find out what kind of issues has to be considered during the transition period when outsourcing facility and facility management services. The objective was to create a framework which enables the transition of these functions smoothly from the client to the supplier's responsibility. The study was conducted from the client's perspective. The nature of this study was constructive and it was conducted by using a case study research method.
