The objective of this thesis was to study changes that the force coming of the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) regulations brings to the up keeping of the airworthiness of helicopters, including maintenance and airworthiness reviews. EASA regulations were reviewed in the study as well as the models of previously established organisations for maintenance and review tasks. Information was collected also from aviation authorities' requirements and operation models. A literature review was carried out to build a whole figure of organisation requirements for establishing continuing airworthiness management organization (G-organisation) and airworthiness review organisation (I-organisation).
