[[abstract]]This study examines multinationals' performance using a hybrid model. By considering firm-specific assets hypothesis, this study incorporates the structure-conduct-performance paradigm and entry mode choice to develop and test a theoretical argument for international performance. Taiwanese MNCs are chosen to test both the validity of the overall framework and the importance of factors influencing rite international entry modes and market performance. The results show that both marketing strategies and entry modes have significant impact on market performance.
