A chloride mini-migration method is proposed to estimate effective diffusion coefficients at the scale of the cement paste and to investigate mechanisms with complementary microstructure analyses on the same material. Blended-cement pastes with a wide range of properties were investigated in this study: systems at w/b = 0.3–0.5 including Portland cement, white Portland cement, slag-Portland cement, fly ash, glass powder, and/or limestone and calcined clay.
