Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) Terhadap Belanja Modal (Studi Empiris Pada Kabupaten/Kota Wilayah Jawa Tengah Tahun 2016-2018)

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue (PAD) and the General Allocation Fund (DAU) both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this research is 35 regencies / cities in Central Java in the 2016-2018 period. The sample decision making technique is using purposive sampling method, where the sample is taken in accordance with predetermined criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, while the classic assumption test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test used to assess the validity of the regression equation in addition to that there is a t test, F test at 5% significance level and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are that in the t test obtained variable Economic Growth does not affect Capital Expenditure while Regional Original Income (PAD) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) affect Capital Expenditure. The results of the F test in this study Economic Growth, Local Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Fund (DAU) variables have an effect on Capital Expenditures
