Gasification is a thermochemical process at high temperatures between biomass and gasification agent by stoichiometric combustion to produce syngas. In gasification, byproducts are also produced, such as ash, tar, charcoal particles, and hydrocarbons. This study aims to determine the effect of temperature on the syngas composition produced. The simulation method design modeling used was a gasifier reactor with a 400 mm diameter and a height of 3800 mm. The fuel used was wood pellets measuring 8 mm to 20 mm. This study used three temperature variations in the gasifier, namely 600, 800 ℃, and 1000 ℃.
