The analysis of factors which form the elder teenagers interests of the art history

In this work the factors which form the elder teenagers‘ interest of the art history are being investigated theoretically and empirically. The urgency of this theme is grounded in the introduction. As the art history introduces the students with aesthetic and ethical values and nowadays the changing of values is going on, so the point of view to the creativity and art is changing and the cherishing of the tradition becomes very urgent. In addition, there in the adolescence there is a danger that students interest to the art can decrease so it is an urgent problem of the work to investigate the factors which have an influence to the purposeful forming of the interest of art, that a student would have an opportunity to know the treasures of the world‘s and Lithuania‘s art history. There in the introduction the newness, significance of the work is stated, the methods which were adapted are described, the hypothesis is raised. The work consists of two parts- there in the first one the opportunities of the upbringing art history are discussed. It is the conveying of the mentioned values to the students, the factor of the upbringing of their civil identity, the precondition of communication of the humanistic point of view. Also it is discussed what place in the upbringing process goes to the art history and artistic upbringing, the priorities of the reformed Lithuanian school and supposed problems are singled out while bringing up the creative aesthetically educated student. The period of the adolescence is chosen on purpose. In the section the features of this period are described which are situated with the search of a teenagers identity, the crisis of values. Discussing the features of the teenagers crisis it is grounded with scientific conclusions and generalizations of the famous psychologists. It lets us to state that in the age of adolescence it is very imporatnt for the teenager to have the artistic interest which guarantees him the solution of the problems of his age. In order to make a use of it in the upbringing it is necessary to experimentically investigate the factors which form this interest. It is family, school, coevals, social and cultural environment. Grounding with theorical generalizations carried out in this work, the questioning of the students was carried out in schools while it was trieing to clear up what theoretically investigated factors have the biggest influence to the forming of the interest of the art history practically. The results of the questions are visually presented in the tables and diagrams, the data interpreted. The work is finished with conculsions which summarize its theoretical and empiric part. Also there in the work the list of the used literature is presented, the version of the work in Lithuanian and English, in additions the questionnaires of the questions to the students are presented.
