Biopreparatų efektyvumas energijos sąnaudų ir CO2 emisijų mažinimui žemės dirbimo operacijose

The agricultural sector is a major source of greenhouse gas emissions, and soil cultivation is a key technological operation that increases harmful emissions into the environment. Therefore, the most effective reduction in global warming (kg CO2 eq) occurs over the most efficient locations. More energy costs are linked to soil cultivation systems, and traditional soil cultivation is costly and requires high energy consumption. Therefore, one of the main goals of this study is to reduce the main drawbacks of traditional soil cultivation – high energy consumption and environmental pollution. In view of this, there is a scientific problem that solid and soil surfaces covered with plant residues have negative impacts on the work of tillage machines, traction resistance, fuel and energy consumption, and environmental pollution. The main contributors to total energy inputs are field operations and systems, which produce the highest use of machinery, as diesel fuel energy inputs are used for conventional tillage. Different environmental analyses show that agricultural activities are one of the many local and global emissions sources. The agricultural sector is facing increasing public expectations regarding global environmental impact. Soil tillage is one of the most important, expensive and fuel–consuming processes in crop production. Thus, the use of strategically mixed compositions replaces the physical properties of soil and reduces fuel consumption during soil tillage and environmental pollution. The application of an innovative method in crop production can reduce the GWP (kg CO2 eq) and contribute to the implementation, renewal and development of EU environmental and climate policies and legislations, which would create added value for Europe. Investigated the effectiveness of biopreparations on soil properties and soil tillage, determine energy indicators for shallow and deep soil tillage, and assess the effectiveness of biopreparation from environmental and economic aspects. The first time the innovative biotechnological method was used was superior based on the fact that the use of biologically advanced formulations, according to the disclosed methodology using the dynamics of soil properties, ensured the reduction in fuel consumption and gas emissions and, therefore, the cost of land cultivation and environmental pollution control. The use of biopreparations in agricultural practice not only focuses on plant protection, resistance to diseases, management of certain soil nutrients, and promotion of microorganisms but also the reduction in fuel consumption and harmful gas emissions to the environment depending on the soil dynamics and improvement of other indicators after treatment via biopreparations. For the strategic modelling of bio–effects according to the dynamics of soil properties using biopreparations according to the desired goals (i.e., reduction of fuel consumption and harmful emissions to the environment and improvements in soil quality), a foundation of scientists, representative companies and farmers was created.Žemės ūkio sektorius yra vienas iš pagrindinių šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų išmetimo šaltinių, o žemės dirbimas yra viena iš pagrindinių technologinių operacijų, didinanti kenksmingų dujų emisijas į aplinką, todėl efektyviausias pasaulinio klimato atšilimo sumažinimas būtinas didžiausią poveikį darančiose technologinių operacijų vietose. Auginant žemės ūkio augalus didelė dalis energijos sąnaudų yra susijusios su žemės dirbimo sistema, kurioje brangiausia ir energoimliausia technologinė operacija yra tradicinis gilus žemės dirbimas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, akivaizdi mokslinė problema, kad kietas dirvos paviršius, padengtas augalų liekanomis, neigiamai veikia žemės dirbimo mašinų darbo technologinį procesą, atsparumą traukai, degalų ir energijos suvartojimą, aplinkos taršą. Taigi vienas iš svarbiausių žemdirbystės tikslų yra sumažinti didelį energijos suvartojimą ir aplinkos taršą. Mišrios sudėties biopreparatų naudojimas pagal tikslinę specialią agrotechniką keičia dirvožemio fizines savybes, o tai leidžia sumažinti degalų suvartojimą dirbant žemę ir aplinkos taršą. Taikant inovatyvų metodą augalininkystėje galima sumažinti pasaulinį klimato atšilimą (kg CO2 ekv.), taip prisidedant prie Europos Sąjungos aplinkos ir klimato politikos bei teisės aktų įgyvendinimo, atnaujinimo ir plėtros, sukuriant pridėtinę vertę Europai. Ištirtas biopreparatų efektyvumas dirvožemio savybėms, žemės dirbimui, nustatant jų poveikį seklaus ir gilaus žemės dirbimo mašinų energiniams rodikliams, įvertinant efektyvumą aplinkosauginiais, ekonominiais aspektais ir moksliškai pagrįstas degalų sąnaudų ir CO2 emisijų mažinimo būdas augalininkystėje, panaudojant biopreparatus. Šis būdas, turintis įtakos aplinkos inžinerijos mokslo krypties naujų žinių gavimui, užpatentuotas Lietuvos Resbublikos patentų biure. Taip pat pirmą kartą atlikti biopreparatų poveikio žemės dirbimui efektyvumo energiniai, aplinkosauginiai ir ekonominiai skaičiavimai žieminiams kviečiams ir žieminiams rapsams. Moksliniais tyrimais įrodyta, kad biopreparatų naudojimas žemės ūkio praktikoje gali būti orientuotas ne vien tik į augalų apsaugą, atsparumą ligoms, tam tikrų dirvožemio maistingųjų medžiagų tvarkymą ir mikroorganizmų skatinimą, bet kartu ir į degalų sąnaudų bei kenksmingų CO2 dujų išmetimų į aplinką iš mašinų mažinimą, priklausomai nuo dirvožemio savybių dinamikos ir kitų parametrų kitimo. Žinant, kad žemės dirbimas yra vienas sudėtingiausių ir daugiausiai darbo laiko ir energijos sąnaudų reikalaujantis procesas, tai gauti tyrimų rezultatai, sudaro žemdirbiams naujas galimybes mažinti degalų sąnaudas ir auginamos žemės ūkio produkcijos sąvikainą, tuo pačiu mažinant žemės dirbimo technologinių procesų neigiamą poveikį aplinkai.Žemės ūkio akademijaVytauto Didžiojo universiteta
