The locative in the present-day administrative language

This work’s subject is the locative in the present-day administrative language. The locative’s samples are picked from the sessional stenographs of Lithuania’s Republic of Seimas and „Valstybės žinios“. There was reached to explore in what typical, antypical and specifical moments is used the locative in the present, administrative language, what locative’s accounts are nonstandard and what reasons of the locative’s substandard usage. There are used the present and the current inside locatives in the present, administrative language. The division of the accounts of the current inside locative is unequal. The current inside locative is used to point the accounts of place, time, manner, state and determinative in the spoken, administrative word. However this one is used to point the accounts of place, time, manner and determinative. The current, inside locative is operated for the accounts of purpose, manner and state both in the spoken and written, administrative word. The most common usage of the locative is met in the pointing of place both in the spoken and written language. This locative is more rarely used as the account of time and determinative. The current, inside locative is quite rarely used as the account of manner, and the usage of state is treated as exceptional. The administrative language has and its own usable ways of expression. Primarily we can mention words’ combinations with the current, inside locative which in the spoken language are not created but remembered and used ready, for example, to ventilate, to bring to book, to buy on the cuff, to take care of smb, to command and etc. Some of these words are valid only with the present, inside locative to bring to book, to buy on the cuff, to command, others maybe used synonymously with the structures of a preposition to: to ventilate, to command, to buy on the cuff, to write into credit and others. Substandard meanings of the current inside locative have altogether 4.3 per cent of all meanings of the current inside locative. The current inside locative is used nearly two times more often under nonstandard meanings in the spoken language – 5.7 per cent. The substandard meanings of the current inside locative are consisted of 2.8 per cent of all meanings of the current inside locative in the written language. Commonly the standards of the current, administrative language are broken using the present inside locative under the meaning of manner. The standards of the current, administrative language are broken more rarely using one under the meanings of time, place and determinative. The current inside locative is used for the nonstandard meanings of place and reason in the spoken language, and this one under the substandard meanings is not used at all in the written, administrative language. The current inside locatives are used very rarely under the substandard meanings and primary due to the uncommon usage of them in the present, administrative language. The mistakes of the locative are usually come from the metaphrases of the russian language, in which the locative has lots of standard meanings, why it is used more widely than in the lithuanian language.
