In this work for the first time the genetic variability of wild cranberries of Vytautas Magnus University Kaunas Botanical garden and natural populations and were examined in Lithuania. For this porpus were used RAPD and SSR methods. Were done comparison of morphologic and genetic, and genetic and biochemical internecine relations using statistical methods for the first time in Lithuania and in the world. For the analysis of phenolic compounds chromatography and spectrophotometer methods were used. It was found that the genetic variability of wild cranberry of VMU KBG collection of was significantly lower than in natural Lithuanian populations.
