Identification, pathogenicity, harmfulness and control of Lupin anthracnose fungus Colletotrichum spp

Lubinai (Lupinus L.) yra reikšmingi pupiniai augalai, turintys didelį biologinį ir ekonominį potencialą. Priklausomai nuo lubinų rūšies ir veislės sėklų baltymingumas yra 28,6–40,1 proc. (Subačius, 1956; Lazauskas, 1970; Hove ir kt., 1978; Maknickienė, 2007). Lubinai auginami daugelyje pasaulio šalių. Pasauliniu mastu 2013 m. daugiausia lubinų buvo auginama Australijoje – 70 proc. nuo bendros pasaulinės lubinų produkcijos kiekio, Europos šalyse – 30 proc. Europos Sąjungos šalyse daugiausia lubinų produkcijos išauginama Vokietijoje ir Lenkijoje. Kaimyninėje Baltarusijoje lubinų plotai lyginant su kitomis Europos šalimis didžiausi, tačiau dėl gana mažo šių augalų derlingumo, produkcijos 2013 m. išauginta 3,5 karto mažiau nei Lenkijoje (FAOSTAT duomenys, 2014). Lietuvoje lubinų plotai gerokai mažesni nei kaimyninėse šalyse, derlingumas taip pat gana mažas – nesiekia 1 t ha-1 (www.vic.lt, 2015).The relevance of the study. Lupins (Lupinus L.) are important crops from family Fabaceae with a high environmental and economic impact. The protein content in lupin seeds ranges from 28.6 to 40.1 %, depending on the species and cultivar (Subačius, 1956; Lazauskas, 1970; Hove et al., 1978; Maknickienė, 2007). Lupins are cultivated in many countries. The highest acreage of lupin crops in 2013 was recorded in Australia (70% of global lupin production). Europe provides 30 % of global lupin production, with Germany and Poland leading in EU. Out of all European countries, the lupin crop acreage is largest in Republic of Belarus. However due to low crop productivity the production is 3.5 times smaller compared to Poland (FAOSTAT data, 2014). Lupin crop acreage in Lithuania is considerably smaller compared to neighbouring countries, the productivity is also small – it does not exceed 1 t ha-1 (www.vic.lt, 2015). The common agricultural policy in EU was directed towards environment conservation for the period from 2014 to 2020, and as a result the program “Greening” was created, with the emphasis on cultivation of nitrogen-fixing plants, including lupin (Support for Rural Development of Lithuania 2014-2020, https://www.nma.lt).Žemės ūkio akademijaVytauto Didžiojo universiteta
