Šiame darbe tirtas lipazės iš Thermomyces lanuginosus (TLL) fermentinis aktyvumas. Substratu naudotas 1,16-di(5-ferocenilpentanoiloksi)heksadekanas yra redokso aktyvus lipazės substratas jautrus jos fermentiniam veikimui. Elektrocheminiais metodais nustatytos šio fermento aktyvumo detektavimo optimalios sąlygos (35 oC temperatūra, pH = 7), ištirta fermentinės reakcijos greičio priklausomybė nuo TLL koncentracijos (didėjant TLL koncentracijai reakcijos greitis didėja, kol substrato paviršius įsotinamas fermentu), įvertintos kitos galimos elektrocheminio signalo kitimo priežastys bei įrodytas fermentinis hidrolizinis veikimas panaudojant TLL mutant��� S146A.
