Miniaturization of chemical analysis agrees with principles of green chemistry due to the reduced consumption of various chemicals including aggressive and toxic solvents. During miniaturization of chromatographic analysis the diameter of columns is reduced. Preparation of the continuous bed capillary columns provides a possibility to solve the chromatographic problems in the nanochromatographic scale dramatically reducing sample and mobile phase amounts as well as the amount of reagents required for preparation of the stationary phase.
