In telecommunication network management systems, decreasing time to market for new services has been a driver for increased requirements for quality assurance of service provisioning software. This thesis will focus on how quality of delivered provisioning logic software can be ensured with decreased development time. Especially test automation techniques will be examined as a solution for reduction of testing efforts. A literature survey was conducted in order to evaluate possible solutions to the quality assurance problems and a proof-of-concept (POC) solution was implemented based on the results of the survey.
