The general objective of this study was to research the possibilities of real estate outsourcing in Finnish municipalities. The subject was approached from the viewpoint of the municipalities by researching the goals and the needs of the municipalities for their real estate usage, Subject of the study was the 100 largest municipalities in Finland.
