Usulan Peningkatan Efektivitas Mitigasi Bencana Oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Surakarta Dengan Menggunakan Metode House Of Risk

Behavior and way of thinking of communities that are responsive or emergency response when taking measures in the handling of the disaster are transformed into action which is preventive so that the risk of disaster can be mitigated or minimized. This study aims to produce proposals Surakarta increase the effectiveness of disaster mitigation in the Municipality of Surakarta by the Regional Disaster management Agency (BPBD) of Surakarta. Methods House of Risk (HoR) is used to achieve these goals. Mitigation action carried out in a period of one year to adjust the Budget Regional (APBD) for fiscal year 2020 the Municipality of Surakarta with the time frames in January-December of 2020. Based on the results of data processing, 3 of the top mitigation action based on the value of the Effetiveness To Difficulty (ETD) is collaborating with the related departments (the value of ETD 7362), publishes the rules by cooperating with related parties (the value of ETD 6014), and map out disaster prone areas (the value of ETD 5862). While the 3 bottom of the mitigation action based on the value of ETD is doing training to workers about the disaster (the value of ETD 1395), save important documents in a safe place (the value of ETD 879), and notice security and the rules of the building (the value of ETD 94,5)
