Key Updates for Week 39, ending September 26, 2020Nationally, indicators that track COVID-19 activity continued to decline or remain stable (change of 640.1%); however, three regions reported an increase in the percentage of specimens testing positive for SARS-CoV-2, the virus causing COVID-19, and two of those regions also reported an increase in the percentage of visits for influenza-like illness (ILI) or COVID-like illness (CLI) to emergency departments (EDs) or outpatient providers.
