In this co-operation programme, the Nordic Council of Ministers for Labour and the Work Environment sets out the strategic focus for formal Nordic inter-governmental co-operation on working life in the period 2013–2016. The focus will be on the particular challenges facing the Nordic labour market as a result of globalisation and demographic development. The co-operation will also be flexible enough to focus on more cyclical challenges that may arise during the programme period
