Cotton is the most important source of natural fiber used in the world. It is a very demanding culture in fertility and with high production cost. The use of erased organomineral fertilizers is an alternative to reduce these crop costs. Therefore, the objective of this work was to identify the response of the cotton crop under development and productivity with several doses of mineral and organomineral fertilization. The experiment was conducted in a pivot area in the city of Sacramento - MG, in the 2019/20 harvest. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design (DBC), with 7 treatments and 4 repetitions, the treatment being variable according to fertilization: Mineral fertilization: 1. MAP 200 kg ha-1 100% of the P2O5 recommendation (104 kg P2O5 ha-1); 2. MAP 150 kg ha-1 75% of the P2O5 recommendation (78 kg P2O5 ha-1); 3. MAP 100 kg ha-1 50% of the P2O5 recommendation (52 kg P2O5 ha-1); Organomineral fertilization: 4. Organomineral 200 kg ha-1 (50% P2O5); 5. Organomineral 300 kg ha-1 (75% P2O5); 6. Organomineral 400 kg ha-1 (100% P2O5); 7. Organomineral 500 kg ha-1 (125% P2O5). The characters analyzed were: final plant population; plant height; numbers of reproductive and vegetative branches; number of bolls and mass of bolls, vigor and photosynthetic capacity, seed cotton productivity and fiber quality characteristics. There was no difference between treatments in fiber quality. The cotton culture responds differently to fertilization with different doses of organominerals for the characters plant height, chlorophyll content and seed cotton yield, quantity of bolls per plant, chlorophyll content, boll weight and fiber quality. The characteristics of cotton differ in the two fertilization systems (mineral and organomineral). Utilizou-se o delineamento experimental de blocos casualizados (DBC), com 7 tratamentos e 4 repetições, sendo os tratamentos varáveis de acordo com a adubação: Adubação mineral: 1. MAP 200 kg ha-1 100% da recomendação de P2O5 (104 kg de P2O5 ha-1); 2. MAP 150 kg ha-1 75% da recomendação de P2O5 (78 kg de P2O5 ha-1); 3. MAP 100 kg ha-1 50% da recomendação de P2O5 (52 kg de P2O5 ha-1); Adubação organomineral: 4. Organomineral 200 kg ha-1 (50% de P2O5); 5. Organomineral 300 kg ha-1 (75% de P2O5); 6. Organomineral 400 kg ha-1 (100% de P2O5); 7. Organomineral 500 kg ha-1 (125% de P2O5). Os caracteres analisados foram: população final de plantas; altura de plantas; números de ramos reprodutivos e vegetativos; número de capulhos e massa de capulhos, vigor e capacidade fotossintética, produtividade de algodão em caroço e características de qualidade de fibra. Não houve diferença entre os tratamentos na qualidade de fibra. A cultura do algodoeiro irrigado responde de forma diferente à adubação com diferentes doses de organominerais para os caracteres altura de plantas, teor de clorofila e produtividade de algodão em caroço, quantidade de capulhos por planta, teor de clorofila, massa de capulhos e qualidade de fibra. As características do algodoeiro diferem nos dois sistemas de adubação (mineral e organomineral). O tratamento organomineral foi melhor na massa de capulhos e na produtividade
