Karinio konflikto Sirijoje poveikis tarptautiniams santykiams Vidurio Rytuose

This study examines the impact of the Syrian conflict on the Middle East, identifies the causes and consequences. The study describes each cause separately. The main objectives of this work are to describe the events in the Middle East through the theory of realism, establishing he interests of the parties involved in the “civil war”, and characterizing changes in the international relations under the influence of the Syrian conflict. The methodology is based on content analysis. Much literature and sources have been used for structural inference. With the collapse of the bipolar model of international relations, there are significant changes in the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. There began an active change in the architecture of international relations, which is now entering its culminating phase. Modern political and military conflicts, which are an internal part of these processes, the internal conflict potential of the region have led to the emergence of new global and regional threats, the main of which today is the threat of international terrorism. The Phenomenon is a consequence, among other things, of the policies of foreign regional states, which hinder the objective development of international relations in the region and forcibly change the balance of power in their favor. The Middle East has become a confrontation not only of internal conflicts, but also of superpowers and leading states, which, having their own interests, defend them in the region. The geopolitical significance of this region is that it is the scene of many conflicts. The Syrian conflict is one of the catalysts for instability.Šiame tyrime nagrinėjamas Sirijos konflikto poveikis Viduriniams Rytams, nustatomos jo priežastys ir pasekmės. Tyrime kiekviena priežastis aprašoma atskirai. Pagrindiniai šio darbo tikslai yra: apibūdinti įvykius Viduriniuose Rytuose iš realizmo teoretinės perpsektyvos; nustatyti pilietiniame kare dalyvaujančių šalių interesus ir apibūdinti tarptautinių santykių pokyčius vykstant konfiliktui Sirijoje. Tyrimo metodologija pagrįsta turinio analize. Struktūrinėms išvadoms buvo naudojama daug literatūros ir šaltinių. Žlugus dvipoliam tarptautinių santykių modeliui, pastebimi geopolitinės padėties Viduriniuose Rytuose pokyčiai. Vyko aktyvios permainos tarptautinių santykių architektūroje; šiosios pamažu artėja prie kulminacinio etapo. Šiuolaikiniai politiniai ir kariniai konfliktai, kurie yra vidinė šių procesų dalis, regiono vidinis konfliktų potencialas lėmė naujų globalių ir regioninių grėsmių, kurių pagrindinė šiandien yra tarptautinio terorizmo grėsmė, atsiradimą. Fenomenas, be kita ko, yra užsienio regioninių valstybių politikos pasekmė, trukdanti objektyviai plėtoti tarptautinius santykius regione ir priverstinai pakeisti jėgų pusiausvyrą jų naudai. Viduriniai Rytai tapo ne tik vidinių konfliktų, bet ir supergalių bei pirmaujančių valstybių, kurios, turėdamos savo interesus, gina juos regione, konfrontacija. Šio regiono geopolitinė reikšmė pasireiškia tuo, kad jis yra daugelio konfliktų scena.
