Perspektyva apie Kinijos-Rusijos strateginę partnerystę XXI amžiūje

The paper examines the Strategic Partnership between China and Russia. The relations of these two international actors have been present since 1991, but in the past three decades have reached new heights, and is still progressing. The two states have engaged in numerous bilateral cooperations. These cooperations include military, economic, energy, and quite a newly developing area, which is their technological cooperation. The Partnership is united by a supporting factor that is always present when either of the partners is confronted with accusations of critique by other international actors, such as the case with China during the COVID-19 pandemic, which will be mentioned and analyzed in this paper. This partnership is united by their mutual goals and views concerning the aspiration for multipolar world order, and the authoritarian political outlook and dissatisfaction for the United States and the liberal democracy which the state symbolizes. The object of the research is “Sustainability of the China-Russia relations and potential for the strategic partnership.” With this goal in mind, the thesis is trying to communicate a perspective of this Strategic Partnership that extends beyond the positive representation of relations that President Vladimir Putin and President Xi Jinping tend to portray in their encounters. While also providing a deeper understanding of how these progressions in these relations complement each state and it’s potential implications on the current world order if the partnership is bound to facilitate longlasting relations in the future. The thesis connects a variety of subjects including online authoritarian digital regimes and future implemented Artificial Intelligence technologies which will aid the war against democracy China and Russia are facilitating.Šiame darbe nagrinėjama Kinijos ir Rusijos strateginė partnerystė. Šių dviejų tarptautinių veikėjų santykiai buvo užmegzti nuo 1991 m., Tačiau per pastaruosius tris dešimtmečius pasiekė naujų aukštumų ir tebesivysto į priekį. Abi valstybės dalyvavo daugybėje dvišalio bendradarbiavimo sričių. Šis bendradarbiavimas apima karinę, ekonominę, energetinę ir visai neseniai besivystančią sritį, kuri yra jų technologinis bendradarbiavimas. Palaikomasis veiksnys, visada egzistuojantis partnerystėje, kai kuris nors iš partnerių yra kaltinamas ar puolamas kitų tarptautinių veikėjų. Pavyzdžiui, atvejis su Kinija per COVID-19 pandemiją, kuris bus paminėtas ir analizuotas šiame darbe. Šią partnerystę vienija jų abipusiai tikslai ir požiūriai į daugiapolės pasaulio tvarkos siekį, autoritarinė politinė pasaulėžiūra ir JAV nepasitenkinimas bei liberali demokratija, kurią simbolizuoja ši valstybė. Tyrimo objektas yra „Kinijos ir Rusijos santykių tvarumas ir strateginės partnerystės potencialas“. Turint omenyje šį tikslą, darbe bandoma išryškinti ir kitas šios strateginės partnerystės perspektyvas, kuri neapsiriboja teigiama santykių reprezentacija, kurias linkę parodyti prezidentas Vladimiras Putinas ir prezidentas Xi Jinping, vaizduodami savo susitikimuose. Taip pat suteikiamas gilesnis supratimas apie tai, kaip šie santykiai padeda abejoms valstybėms, ir koks yra galimas poveikis dabartinei pasaulio tvarkai, jei partnerystė palaikys ilgalaikius santykius. Darbe sujungtos įvairios temos, įskaitant autoritarinius skaitmeninius režimus internete ir ateityje diegiamas dirbtinio intelekto technologijas, kurios palengvins karą prieš demokratiją, kurią puoselėja Kinija ir Rusija.Politikos mokslų ir diplomatijos fakultetasRegionistikos katedr
