ANALISIS DETERMINAN MINAT MASYARAKAT BERDONASI UNTUK BANTUAN KEMANUSIAAN

BSTRACTThis study aims to examine the relationship between situational altruism, religiosity, income and interest donating in humanitarian assistence. In addition, research will investigate the effects of mediation namely the image of charitable institutions on donation interest. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. The sample of this research is the community of Banda Aceh city with 126 people taken based on Slovin technique. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Test. The results of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) test with the Maximum Likelihood (ML) method found that situational altruism and income directly influence the interest of the donating community, while religiosity does not directly influence the interest of the donating community or the image of charitable institutions. It was also found that income has an influence on the image of charitable institutions, and the image of charitable institutions mediates income towards the interest of donating people. The findings from this study provide valuable insights for donors, charities, government bodies and policy makers because they highlight the relationship between situational altruism, religiosity, and income towards donation interest. In addition, religious bodies can also use findings to formulate communication strategies to benefit charities and the wider community.Keywords: Altruism Situasional, Religiosity, Income, Image Of Charitable Institutions, Community Interest In Donating.viiABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara altruisme situasional, religiusitas, pendapatan terhadap minat berdonasi bantuan kemanusiaan. Selain itu, penelitian akan menyelidiki efek mediasi yaitu citra lembaga amal pada minat berdonasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikelola sendiri. Sampel penelitian merupakan Masyarakat kota Banda Aceh berjumlah 126 orang yang diambil berdasarkan teknik slovin. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil Uji Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode Maximum Likelihood (ML) ditemukan bahwa altruisme situasional dan pendapatan berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat masyarakat berdonasi, sedangkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat masyarakat berdonasi maupun terhadap citra lembaga amal. Ditemukan juga bahwa pendapatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap citra lembaga amal, dan citra lembaga amal memediasi pendapatan terhadap minat masyarakat berdonasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk donatur, lembaga amal, badan pemerintah dan pembuat kebijakan karena menyoroti hubungan altruisme situasional, religiusitas, dan pendapatan terhadap minat berdonasi. Selain itu, badan-badan keagamaan juga dapat menggunakan temuan untuk merumuskan strategi komunikasi untuk memberi manfaat bagi badan amal serta komunitas yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci: Altruisme Situasional, Religiusitas, Pendapatan, Citra Lembaga Amal, Minat Masyarakat Berdonasi
