Universitas Syiah Kuala merupakan salah satu organisasi yang mengalami perubahan. Oleh karena itu salah satu faktor keberhasilan bagi perubahan organisasi adalah perlu memiliki readiness for change. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya readiness for change dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan 97 karyawan bagian keuangan di Universitas Syiah kuala dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling jenis sampling jenuh, terdiri dari 50 laki-laki dan 47 perempuan.
