ANALISIS STRUKTUR, PERILAKU DAN KINERJA PASAR PADA PEMASARAN MINYAK PALA DI KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Nutmeg is one of the leading commodities that has an important role in the economy of South Aceh, because the nutmeg has its own characteristics are distinctive aroma and high oil content. So that the commodity from the South Aceh district has its own charm from other countries, it should be that with these conditions nutmeg farmers can live prosperously, but the reality is that farmers are very tied to traders in terms of capital lending, so that market forces are weak on the part of farmers.Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze the structure, conduct and market performance of nutmeg oil marketing in the South Aceh District. This study aims to 1) Analyze the market structure of nutmeg oil marketing in the South Aceh District. 2) Analyze market conduct of nutmeg oil marketing in the South Aceh District. 3) Analyze market performance of nutmeg oil marketing in the South Aceh District. The analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis with the structure, conduct, and performance (SCP) approach which aims to find out the nutmeg oil marketing system in the South Aceh District. The analysis shows that the market structure occurs at the merchant level in South Aceh District generally leads to the oligopsonistic market. In Meukek Subdistrict the level of village collector traders leads to a medium concentration oligopsonistic market structure, refiners lead to a low concentration oligopsonist. In Tapak Tuan Subdistrict, traders gather to the monopsony market structure because it consists of one seller who controls the market. At the wholesaler level and refiners, it leads to low concentration oligopsonies. While at the exporter level the market structure leads to oligopoly. And based on the results of the analysis of marketing margins and farmer's share, it can be concluded that the performance of the nutmeg oil market in South Aceh District has not been efficient.Keywords: structure, conduct, performance, nutme
