ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN USAHA MUSTAHIK DI BAITUL MAL KOTA BANDA ACEH

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Success of Mustahik's Business in Baitul Mal, Banda Aceh CityABSTRACTThis paper aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of mustahik businesses in Baitul Mal, Banda Aceh City. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study is the mustahik who received productive data in Baitul Mal Banda Aceh City, with a sample of 103 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Religiosity, interest in entrepreneurship, capital composition, type of business, and location of business affect the success of mustahik businesses. While partially Religiosity does not affect the success of mustahik business, the interest of entrepreneurship does not affect the success of mustahik business, the capital composition does not affect the success of mustahik business, business location positively influences the success of mustahik business, and the type of business positively influences the success of mustahik business. Banda Aceh City Baitul Mal is expected to increase the quantity of capital both in terms of funds and business equipment and for mustahik in establishing a business by the location and type to be run because these two factors have a good influence on business success.Keywords: Religiosity, Entrepreneurial Interest, Capital Composition, Type of Business, and Location of business ?Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha Mustahik di Baitul Mal Kota Banda AcehABSTRAKTulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha mustahik di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu para mustahik yang menerima data produktif di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh, dengan sampel berjumlah 103 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Religiusitas, minat berwirausaha, komposisi modal, jenis usaha, dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik. Sedangan secara parsial Religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik, minat berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik, komposisi modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik, lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik, dan jenis usaha berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik. Diharapkan kepada Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh agar lebih meninggkatkan kuantitas pemberian modal baik dari segi dana ataupun peralatan usaha dan bagi mustahik dalam mendirikan usaha sesuai dengan lokasi dan jenis yang ingin dijalankan dikarenakan dua faktor ini memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap keberhasilan usaha.Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Minat Berwirausaha, Komposisi Modal, Jenis Usaha, dan Lokasi usah
