PENGARUH INFORMASI ASIMETRI DAN GROUP COHESIVENESS TERHADAP BUDGETARY SLACK DENGAN PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DI KOTA BANDA ACEH)

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah informasi asimetri dan group cohesiveness berpengaruh terhadap budgetary slack pada Rumah Sakit Umum yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh dengan partisipasi anggaran sebagai pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan anggaran yaitu berjumlah 37 responden, sampel penelitian ini dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial informasi asimetri dan group cohesiveness berpengaruh terhadap budgetary slack pada Rumah Sakit Umum yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh. Untuk pengujian menggunakan uji interaksi, secara parsial partisipasi anggaran juga dapat memoderasi variabel informasi asimetri dan group cohesiveness pada Rumah Sakit Umum yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Informasi asimetri, kohesivitas kelompok, senjangan anggaran, dan partisipasi penganggaran. ABSTRACTThis study has purposes to discover whether asymmetric information and group cohesiveness influences towards budgetary slack with budget participation as a moderator. Testing was conducted at a public hospital in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses primary data of questioner which was distributed to all 37 respondents involved in the budgeting process, the sample of study is taken by simple random sampling methods. Testing is conducted by using moderated analyzing Regression (MRA). The result of study shows that partially asymmetric information and group cohesiveness influences towards budgetary slack was public hospital in the city of Banda Aceh . In testing of moderate regression analyzing uses interaction test, budgeting participation is able to moderate asymmetric information and group cohesiveness towards budgetary slack was public hospital in the city of Banda Aceh.Keywords: Asymmetric information, group cohesiveness, budgetary slack, and budgetary participation
