This presentation was given at the 4th Meditteranean forum on Human Migrations in Times of Global Change organized by the SSST University in Sarajevo, on the 24.10.2020 on the zoom platform. The presentation speaks about the status of the implementation of the Readmission agreement between EU and North Macedonia where it is examined if and to what extent the agreement is being implemented by North Macedonia, both in relation to own country nationals and third country nations. After having determined the status of its implementation and possible shortcomings, certain presumptions and suggestions are being given regarding its implementation
