The number of construction activities nowadays increased rapidly due to urbanization and economic growth. The increased number of construction activities will cause adverse effects and huge impacts on the natural environment, and integrity of the construction process. Compared to the other industries, it is far behind in the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS). This paper aims to investigate the success factors of the implementation of EMS in the construction industry.
