Background: Turnover happens in almost all aspects of organisations, including in medical aspect. Turnover of the hospital nurses has direct impacts to the service quality because nurses are the spearhead of the hospital services. Turnover could be predicted from the amount of turnover intention that is influenced by several factors i.e. quality work life and employee engagement. Objective: to prove the influence of quality work life to employee engagement and turnover intention of the hospital nurses.
