The surface quality and processing time for insole shoe orthotic (iso) made from EVA rubber foam (erf) is highly dependent on the input machining strategies during a CNC milling process. This paper aims to clarify the application of Fuzzy Logic integrated with the Taguchi method to minimize the surface roughness and maximize Material Removal Rate (MaRR) that for iso product with erf based on CNC Rolland Modella machines.
