The invention relates to a dendrimeric peptide construct of formula (I) wherein: T is a T epitope of the FMDV, bound to the lysine core by its N-terminal end, B is a B epitope of the FMDV, W is a linker group, Z is Cys bound to the linker group W through its sulphur atom or Lys bound to the linker group W through its epsilon amino group, X is absent when B is bound to the alpha-carboxylic group of Z by its N-terminal end or is an acyl group when B is bound to the alpha-amino group of Z by its C-terminal end.
