The main aim of the presented monograph is to consider the relationship between International Relations (IR) theories and Foreign Policy Analysis (FPA), with particular focus on neoclassical realism theory. The monograph consists of an introduction, four chapters grouped into two parts, summary and bibliography. Part one of the monograph is made up of two chapters and focuses on the disconnect between FPA and IR theory. Chapter one is an attempt to answer the question of the reasons for the separation of FPA from the International Relations discipline.
