El pdf del artículo es la versión post-print.-- et al.The use of triethanolamine (teaH 3) in 3d/4f chemistry produces the enneanuclear cluster compound [Cu II 5Gd III 4O 2(OMe) 4(teaH) 4(O 2CC(CH 3) 3) 2(NO 3) 4]·2MeOH·2Et 2O (1·2MeOH·2Et 2O) whose molecular structure comprises a series of vertex- and face-sharing {Gd IIICu II 3} tetrahedra. Magnetic studies reveal a large number of spin states populated even at the lowest temperatures investigated.
